Theiss Attends Midwest Dirt Track Championship at Thunderbird Speedway

Friday night brought Austin Theiss to Thunderbird Speedway (Muskogee, Oklahoma) kicking off the Midwest Dirt Track Championship. With 23 Super Late Models on hand for the unsanctioned weekend, Theiss suffered mechanical issues in his heat race that prevented him from finishing. Earning the 22nd-starting position for the $10,000-to-win A-Main on Saturday night, Austin was an early retiree from the 40-lapper while being credited with a 19th place outing. (Todd Boyd photo)
